My goal is to help women like you strengthen your relationship with God and with yourself so you can move confidently through significant life transitions and start living with more meaning, passion, and purpose. I believe you have an abundance of untapped divine potential that can propel you forward toward limitless success and happiness.
It doesn't matter what you've done or what you've been through. With the grace of God, you can step into your power and build a life that resonates with your deepest values and aspirations. As your mentor and as someone who understands the unique challenges that come with your journey, I promise to support you every step of the way.
I was MARRIED, TRYING TO START A FAMILY AND HAD A SUCCESSFUl CAREER.
Within a year, I lost everything and fled to Spain to escape my pain. Unraveling what happened in my life required I look deep within myself for the answers I was searching for. Early trauma and subsequent substance abuse had most definitely played a role, but I couldn't blame all my unhappiness on that. I had confront the decisions I made and take responsibility for my life.
In 2021, while on The Camino de Santiago, I finally let go of all the shame and resentment I'd been carrying and surrendered to God. Since then, I've dedicated my life to supporting others through the shifts of midlife, because I believe that by deepening our spiritual connections we reveal our authentic selves. And that's when life gets real good and juicy!
My mission is driven by a heartfelt desire to see you flourish, aligning your life with God's plan, in a space where support, warmth, and a lot of sassiness foster fearless growth, confidence, and an abundance of joy. As your mentor and coach, I'm here to help you uncover your inner fire so you conquer all that's waiting for you.
LET'S WORK TOGETHER

I sprinkle hot sauce on pretty much everything, which lead to my nickname, Trisha "Hot Sauce" Espinoza.
I once danced with Tom Cruise and sang with Jamie Foxx. (This was before the Katie Holmes drama and when they were still friends, obvi.)
I absolutely love avocados... but only in ice cream. The chopped up bits taste like yummy pistachios. But guacamole? No, gracias.
I've written a New York Times bestseller that's being made into a film. Ok, ok... it's still a work in-progress, but it'll happen. Just wait.
